Dreamcatchers Do Come True

I have a little FOMO over not joining my friends in Palm Springs this weekend, but mostly because I missed the best bohemian fashion show around, also known as Coachella.

To satiate my bohemian cravings, I searched the web and found the most beautiful dreamcatchers. These wonderfully handcrafted works of art are made by Electric Love NYC by Hitomi Matarese and Charlie Walker. They feature natural, hand painted feathers, strips of leather, and stones attached to gorgeous wood. The colors range from all white to pops of neon and flecks of gold. The website is full of so many inspirational pieces. I could, and did, peruse the different offerings all night. They also make chandeliers and chimes among other things.

Tattered Tanks

Summer is coming to an end, but summer style doesn’t have to. One of my favorite items in my closet is my tattered tank by IRO. To be honest, I have several. They easily transition between seasons, layered under leather jackets, sweaters, and blazers.

I love the easy, loose cut of my IRO linen tanks and the holes are perfectly edgy. I wear little lacy black bras or bralettes (see my previous post) under the tanks, meant to peak through the holes. The look is flirty, casual with a rock star flair.

I make sure to pair the tank with jeans, leather pants, and colored denim to ensure not to show too much skin. Stacked bracelets in mixed metals and even leather are a must with this outfit. I always wear heels, the higher the better.

The linen fabric will stretch out as you wear it, but the more drapey it gets, the better in my opinion.

The IRO Doris Destroyed linen tanks retail for $118 and can be purchased at
